**Responsibilities**:
- Accountability for the regional business plan and long-range strategic plans for Deliver for Consumer Health (COGS and SG&A Budgets) - integrated with end to end SC and Global Deliver strategies/plans
- Owns and orchestrates total EMEA Deliver performance (financial and non-financial KPIs) for Consumer Health ensuring annual targets are set and achieved for critical metrics of OTIF-D, Margin enhancement, Cash flow thru’ inventory, DEI, Freight Utilization and Customer Satisfaction Surveys and additional Customer Metrics
- Will have direct accountability for EMEA Distribution, EMEA cross-country Transportation, Hub Operations, Export, and EMEA Trade Compliance
- Oversight management and outsourcing of all Distribution Centers (DC) in EMEA
- Provide full support to E2E (end to end) Franchise Teams to orchestrate the Deliver part as needed to provide Supply Chain response as needed by E2E Supply Chain Franchises
- Ensure that all business resilience initiatives are created and implemented with urgency e.g. direct dispatches from Factories to Customers, Smart Flow (Agility) initiatives.
- Owns and approves the 3PL selection, service contract and KPIs for EMEA DC, international and last mile transportation
- Responsible for the quality and regulatory compliance audit of the DC network in the region.
- Direct management for regional customer service operations and ownership of the CX capability enhancement in the region
- Ensure execution of reliable supply across the region through day-to-day operations within customer service, EMEA Distribution Centers, EMEA transportation, export, while ensuring quality and compliance
- Partners with EMEA Retailers and the commercial teams to drive enhanced value to our strategic partners and Consumer Health in collaboration with In-Market Supply Chain Leaders
- Drives continuous improvement, including partnering to address E2E issues. In addition, create and implement E2E metrics
- Interface with end to end supply chain and commercial to translate reliability targets into day-to-day operations
- Shared accountability with end to end supply chain for providing visibility to inventory / working capital / cycle time performance and trends. Surface optimization opportunities and trade‐off decisions to enable deliberate supply chain/business choices
- Owns and leads the acceleration of Digital Capabilities for EMEA Deliver Consumer Health - ensuring Global integration
- Ensure a robust foundation of compliance throughout Deliver and Customer Service Operations
- Develop talent and ensure the EMEA Deliver Teams (region and in country/cluster) demonstrate functional excellence. Actively sponsor and mentor key talent while building leadership and future capabilities within the team
**Qualifications** Position Requirements**:
- 15 years+ of relevant logistics experience with 15+ years overall business experience in a highly matrixed, cross functional organization is critical
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven delivery of organizational strategy and deployment
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the end-to-end supply chain
- Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and go into massive details of data and extract key insights
- Leadership skills that bring teams together and create a cohesive and collaborative environment helping surface and resolve conflicts
- Previous exeperience demonstrating a customer-centric mindset
- Demonstrated impact in increasingly complex leadership roles, including roles requiring orc
