Stone Sourcing AG is proud to introduce this Product Owner opportunity in the Wil area, St Gallen.

Our client is a Globally operating Swiss Lab-Tech manufacturer of 800+ employees, looking to add to their 35-strong software development team.

Tasks
- Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders of your product, ensuring alignment and prioritization.
- Evaluate business and system requisites, with a focus on effectiveness and customer value.
- Collaborate with architects, roadmap managers, and other stakeholders to find a balance between platform enhancements and customer-focused features.
- Maintain a well-organized product backlog to guide the team towards achieving the product's objectives.
- Work alongside the Scrum Master to foster an agile mindset within the team.
- Influence the team's working environment and take responsibility for the success of the product.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent English (B2+)
- Possess an engineering degree (from a university or university of applied sciences) with specialization in product development, software development, or a similar field.
- Demonstrate substantial experience with agile methodologies in dynamic customer-centric settings.
- Exhibit strong decision-making abilities grounded in data analysis.
- Display an independent approach to problem-solving and a proactive mindset.
- Comfortable with a hands-on approach in a modern DevOps environment.
- Be open to regular travel due to global team collaboration.
- Showcase exceptional communication skills and a fervour for collaborating with others.
