**Sales Controlling Assistant**

**Your mission**
You support our Sales Controlling team with the continuous improvement of our order to cash process. You are based in Zürich or remote in Switzerland.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Sales order processing in contract database
- Timely and accurate invoicing of our customers
- Project based work within sales controlling
- Support on business process improvement
- First point of contact for customer requests on order management and invoicing
- Business partner to Sales for administrative tasks
**Your Qualifications**
- 3 years of experience in similar role
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Advanced knowledge of MS office tools
- Excellent team player
- Self-driven and motivated to work in a very dynamic and highly professional environment
- Open-minded and passionate individual with cultural sensitivity
**Bonus skills**
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience
- Work experience in IT industry
- Fluent in German and English (B2 to C2), additional languages an advantage
