Tasks

As a true entrepreneur, you will perform business
- and management-oriented activities to actively shape the success and growth of agap2 Switzerland's industry division in the sectors of Energy, Railway, Aviation, Construction and Semiconductors.

You will manage your profit center and continuously develop new market opportunities. You are also responsible for recruiting new employees and managing your team of consultants.

Ambitious, autonomous and rigorous, you are one of the future leaders of the company
- Define the commercial strategy (identify targets, promote agap2, develop the client

base)
- Identify and recruit the best profiles on the market (management of the recruitment process)
- Manage your own client portfolio/key accounts (Business Development and Sales)
- Manage your own team of consultants (technical follow-up, performance reviews, daily support)

**Requirements**:

- You hold a Master's degree in the area of business or similar
- Fluent Swiss German & English
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, great energy and a strong sense of responsibility
- You have between 0 and 5 years of professional experience
