**CONTEXT & MISSION**:
The L’Occitane International (LOI) Supply Chain team in Geneva is in charge of the Demand Planning and execution processes for Travel Retail EMEA and Americas, export Distributors and B2B channels. The scope includes the brands L’Occitane, Melvita, Erborian, Sol de Janeiro, Grown Alchemist and Elemis. The Supply Chain Planning Manager supervises both **Demand Planning** and **Customer Service activities**, meaning being in charge of the whole supply flow for all channels. This role is based in **Plan-les-Ouates** (near Geneva) reported to the Groupe Commercial Supply Chain Director.
**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**:
**1)Management**
- The Supply Chain Planning Manager will support full alignment between the Operations and the Business teams on common objectives and best practices
- Optimization of processes to facilitate day to day activities and communication, and implementation of an agile mindset in the team
- Development of new reporting tools, especially data visualization tools
- Drive the set up and process improvement for the distribution on TR of new brands acquired by the group (Elemis, Sol de Janeiro and Grown Alchemist)
- Supervise the roll out of SAP HANA on the perimeter
**2)Demand Planning**:
Use a collaborative and consensus approach to drive the S&OP process with Sales, Marketing and Finance, to ensure that current and accurate information is taken into account for demand forecast.
Drive the S&OP Cycle:
- Support the Demand Planner in providing and maintaining accurate sales forecast throughout the year for all channels and all brands
- Review historical sales trends, build analysis and present results to teams. Provide input to marketing plan.
- Perform analysis to ensure coherence between forecasts and budget and vs LY by channel and brand, and partner with Finance to reconcile budget.
- Help develop and share best practices on demand planning and S&OP, amongst other by optimizing the use of reporting tools.
- Share regularly demand plans with the brands
- Define implementation of Multibrand S&OP process (currently existing only for L’Occitane brand)
Supervise new product launches orders:
- Bring expertise to build the sales forecasts for the launch note along with Marketing, for single products and kits
- Provide forecast for launches of new brands
Inventory Management
- Follow up closely on excess and obsolete levels with Marketing and commercial teams, by providing accurate data and be an actor in the action plan
- Minimize write off and impact on P&L kit lot size / E&O proactive actions / challenge business
Kitting and testers Operations
- Manage the operational flow in SAP for Travel retail kits and testers; work closely with marketing on the kit retroplanning and support on-time availability
**3)Supply Execution**: the LOI Customer Service team is in charge of the **inventory distribution across all channels**, in particular:
- Processing customer orders and monitor order to delivery process
- Look for optimization of Order to delivery process on new brands to maximize service level and limit manual handling
- Make sure the novelties are ordered on time, in line with the Marketing plan and in line with forecasted quantities
- Performs sales follow-up vs forecast and vs commercial objectives and raise alerts
- Advise clients, commercial and marketing teams on central stock availability
- Ensure assortment is aligned with the client’s Marketing plan and that out dated codes are removed or replaced
- Execute back-office missions: catalogue management on Egate, Customer master data new tool, novelties orders master data update
- Supervise project of new ordering tool for Export and B2B
