Entrepreneur in Residence Marketing

You will be working closely with the leadership team at the newly founded venture, O3 Smart Limited, based in Zurich, Switzerland. The worldwide manufacturing industry loses $1Tn every year due to system failures, produces 20% of worldwide carbon emission, and consumes more than 54% of energy worldwide. Tasks

We are looking for a talented individual to support us in achieving our mission. In this role you will:
Support the management in taking responsibilities for our social media channels (LinkedIn and Twitter mainly) and ramp up, manage and grow them.
- Take ownership on creating social media activities (following, increase the community, finding good content, etc.)
- Support the development of our webpage (WordPress-based) in different topics (design, text, structure, etc.)
- Support our market research in some areas (data research online, data analysis, etc.)

**Requirements**:
Professional skills count but these can be honed during the internship. We value a learning mindset as agility, openness and teamwork are essential in our environment. We expect:
The right mindset of positivity, curiosity, “doer-”attitude, embracing challenges and “never give up” behavior.

Strong conceptional, analytical and communication skills, and able to work in a structured and independent manner.
- An affinity for technology and the manufacturing industry.
- 1-3 year’s entrepreneurial experience in startups, corporate spinoffs or strategy consulting preferred.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or technology.
- Written and verbal fluency in English. German and/or French are an asset for our customer-base.
