**Description de poste - Night Auditor (Réceptionniste de nuit)**
**Hôtel Eastwest Genève - 4 étoiles**
**Mission principale**
Assurer l’accueil des clients durant la nuit, garantir la sécurité de l’établissement et effectuer les clôtures comptables journalières, tout en offrant un service de qualité conforme aux standards de l’hôtel.
**Responsabilités principalesAccueil & Service client**
- Accueillir les clients arrivant tardivement et assurer les départs matinaux
- Répondre aux demandes des clients durant la nuit avec professionnalisme et discrétion
- Assurer un service personnalisé et maintenir un haut niveau de satisfaction client
**Réception & Administration**
- Effectuer les check-in et check-out de nuit
- Gérer les réservations tardives et walk-ins
- Mettre à jour les profils clients et les dossiers de réservation
- Préparer les arrivées du lendemain (rooming list, dossiers, clés, etc.)
**Comptabilité & Night Audit**
- Réaliser la clôture journalière (night audit)
- Vérifier et contrôler les opérations de la journée (hébergement, extras, paiements)
- Éditer les rapports financiers et opérationnels (chiffre d’affaires, taux d’occupation, etc.)
- Préparer les documents pour la direction et la comptabilité
**Sécurité & Surveillance**
- Veiller à la sécurité des clients, du personnel et des locaux
- Effectuer des rondes de contrôle dans l’établissement
- S’assurer de la fermeture des accès et du respect des procédures de sécurité
- Gérer les situations d’urgence (incident, alarme, évacuation) selon les procédures en place
**Coordination interne**
- Assurer la transmission des informations importantes aux équipes de jour
- Préparer le rapport de nuit avec les événements et points à suivre
- Collaborer avec le housekeeping et la maintenance si nécessaire
**Profil recherché**
- Expérience préalable en réception hôtelière, idéalement en night audit
- Très bon sens du service et excellent relationnel
- Autonomie, fiabilité et sens des responsabilités
- Capacité à travailler seul et à gérer les imprévus
- À l’aise avec les outils informatiques et PMS (Opera / équivalent un atout)
- Bonne maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (autres langues appréciées)
**Conditions de travail**
- Horaires de nuit
- Travail les week-ends et jours fériés selon planning
- Poste clé garantissant la continuité du service de l’hôtel
Type d'emploi : Temps de travail : 40-60%
Rémunération : CHF50 000,00 à CHF59 489,42 par an
