**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Provide high quality service to our EAM(s) with Asian/Japanese end-clients
- Execution of client instructions
- Full understanding and follow-up of the execution
- and back office processes as well as legal & compliance procedures
- Full involvement in the entire account’s life process
- Independent handling of all account related matters and to ensure the correct administration of all accounts
- Actively manage the business risks and protect the banks reputation
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to our customer needs and objectives

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Banking background with experience in Private Banking
- Knowledge of Private Banking products
- Understands the execution and back office processes as well as the legal & compliance procedures
- High self-motivation and proactive can-do attitude
- Ability to set priorities and work under pressure
- Good and fast learning ability
- Team oriented personality (team player) with attention to detail
- Exact, methodical, well-structured and efficient approach as well as cross linked thinking skills
- Able to work independently, well organized, swift and accurate even when
under pressure
- Service oriented, client focused, discreet and responsible
- Friendly, open personality, well-presented and professional appearance
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken (advanced level)
- Knowledge of Japanese culture and language would be an advantage
