Architectural Project Lead

We are looking for a project lead with strong design background in international high-end residential and hospitality projects to join our vibrant international studio. We are actively engaged in projects in Switzerland, the Mediterranean and other sites across Europe.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Ensure design excellence and take a pragmatic approach to bringing concepts to life, balancing creativity with functionality
- Conduct quality control to ensure designs meet high standards, producing comprehensive and precise project documentation
- Lead and mentor the team, providing guidance in both design and technical aspects, while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment of vision and seamless integration of design inputs
- Monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion within budget and addressing potential risks or challenges proactively
- Support business development efforts by contributing to new opportunities, participating in proposal development, and nurturing client relationships
- Oversee the development and execution of architectural concepts, ensuring they respond to the project brief, site context, and client requirements

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- A Master’s degree in Architecture (preferred) with 7+ years of experience in the field
- 2+ years of experience in project management: plan, manage budgets, schedules and resources to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide your team and foster and coordinate collaboration in multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication skills in English to clearly convey design concepts, present proposals to clients, and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD, Rhino, Lumion, Word, and Excel
- EU citizenship or a valid Swiss work permit
