**Overview**:At Joyful Craftsmen, we are looking for a senior role of BI Portfolio Principal who will be responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and performance of our projects and initiative portfolio. This role ensures effective resource allocation, maximizes business value, and aligns all activities with our long-term goals. With a strong focus on innovation, risk management, and strategic optimization, the BI Portfolio Principal plays a key role in shaping the future of our portfolio. **Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Portfolio content creation through thought leadership**:

- Develop and maintain content for the portfolio website, campaign website, LinkedIn posts, blogs, and case studies.
- Establish yourself as a thought leader in the BI space by creating insightful and engaging content.
- **
Following trends and innovating portfolio products**:

- Monitor and analyze trends in the BI industry.
- Prepare quarterly trend summaries and define the BI portfolio and its products based on these insights.
- **
Portfolio promotion internally and externally**:

- Promote the BI portfolio through internal channels such as Teams, internal newsletters, and all-hands meetings.
- Engage with external audiences via newsletters and other communication channels.
- **
Collaboration and cooperation**:

- Work with the **CTO** to oversee the financial profitability of the BI portfolio.
- Collaborate with **Technology Principals** to gain technology-specific insights and provide technology comparisons.
- Partner with **Portfolio Management** to create and review content.
- Actively participate in pre-sales activities and delivery target setup with the **Sales team.**
- Drive the extension of the BI portfolio to **existing customers** by working with key accounts.
- Cooperate with the **Marketing team** on content review for LinkedIn posts.
- Support the **Delivery team** by working with customer leads to expand the BI portfolio at existing customers.
- Educate **internal teams** (Portfolio Management, Sales, Marketing, Delivery) about the BI portfolio, emphasizing its value to customers.
- **
Communication between Technology and Delivery**:

- Support the delivery team with BI-related capabilities and insights.
- Facilitate communication regarding capabilities, growth, and learnings between Technology and Delivery teams.
- Work closely with Squad Leads and Customer Leads to ensure alignment and effective use of non-billable budgets.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in Business Intelligence or a related field.
- Strong understanding of BI tools, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Passion for Business Intelligence and proven ability to drive organizational impact through data.
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on innovation and market trends.
- Experience in creating and promoting technical content to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with financial profitability and business growth metrics.
- Ability to analyze industry trends and innovate portfolio products.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
