- Fornire un servizio clienti eccezionale, andando oltre le aspettative per guidare le vendite.
- Valutare le esigenze dei clienti, fornendo assistenza e informazioni sui prodotti.
- Promuovere e vendere prodotti/servizi, convincendo i clienti attraverso argomentazioni solide.
- Mantenere relazioni commerciali positive per garantire vendite future.
- Partecipare attivamente a fiere di settore e organizzare visite commerciali.
- Collaborare con il team per garantire un servizio clienti di qualità.
- Gestire in modo proattivo reclami e problemi dei clienti per massimizzare la soddisfazione.

**IL TUO PROFILO PROFESSIONALE**
- Esperienza comprovata in vendite, preferibilmente nel settore dei prodotti di lusso.
- Eccellente conoscenza di MS Office e familiarità con CRM.
- Forti capacità di negoziazione e comunicazione.
- Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e gestire reclami in modo tempestivo.
- Laurea in ambito commerciale o affini preferibile.
- Conoscenza fluente dell'italiano, del francese e dell'inglese per interazioni con i clienti e scambi internazionali.
- Spirito di iniziativa e orientamento ai risultati, con una solida traccia di obiettivi di vendita superati.
