Rund 700 Mitarbeiter sorgen dafür, dass Feriengäste reibungslose und unvergessliche Ferien verbringen. In den 81 eigenen Filialen werden Kunden durch fachlich ausgebildete und kompetente Reiseprofis beraten. Die Traditions-Marke steht seit 1935 für Badeferien, Städtereisen, Kreuzfahrten und Rundreisen mit guter Qualität sowie attraktiven Preisen. Die Angebote führen zu den schönsten und beliebtesten Ferienzielen auf der ganzen Welt.

**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Erstellung einer inspirierenden Vision für die digitalen Produkte und Portale.
- Managen der kompletten “Roadmap” zur Implementierung und Optimierung digitaler Produkte.
- Produktanforderungen der relevanten Stakeholder bestmöglich verstehen und formulieren.
- Entwicklung von Prototypen und MVPs, um die Lösungen zu testen und zu validieren.

**Deine Skills**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik
- Du hast umfassende digitale Produktmanagement Erfahrung in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld (vorzugsweise im Reise
- oder Retailbereich).
- Du hast fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Customer Experience, digitale Produkte & Webtechnologien.
- Du besitzt Kenntnisse in UX/Design sowie SEO und CRO.
- Figma, Hotjar, Miro, GA4, API, Vue.js und Kubernetes sind für dich keine Fremdwörter.
- Du hast souveräne Kommunikations-Skills und ein ausgeprägtes Markt
- und Kundenverständnis.
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
