**Your team**:

- Pictet Wealth Management combines more than 200 years of Swiss banking heritage with global investment expertise. The partner-owned financial services group offers a comprehensive service for wealthy individuals and families, including discretionary and advisory investment solutions and family office services.- You will manage and grow the existing client book by actively advising clients on how to preserve and grow their assets through in-depth knowledge of investment solutions. You will be responsible for supporting business development, the client experience and investment performance.**Your role**:

- Operational support to Bankers and Investment Specialists, where appropriate;
- Developing and maintaining a close and trusting long-term relationship with clients;
- Preparing investment proposals and solutions aligned with clients’ goals, assets and chosen investment policy;
- Monitoring portfolios and provide performance reviews;
- Understanding the impact economic, monetary and corporate developments have on market/ company/ sector performance; Keep up-to-date with market events
- Executing transactions, payments and other banking operations;
- Setting up new accounts and follow-up on administrative matters;
- Meeting prospects and clients. Prepare client meetings and manage follow-up actions;
- Maintaining close collaboration with Investment Specialists and the Investment Platform to keep up-do-date with investment solutions and guidelines, and contributing to the development and implementation of a best-in-class product offering

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree, however, a post-graduate degree such as a Master’s degree, CFA, CIIA or MBA would be ideal
- Between 0-2 years of wealth management / advisory experience
- Client-relationship management / sales skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
- Extremely organized and detailed-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy
- Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player
- Knowledgeable across markets, asset classes and investment vehicles
- Solutions-oriented and proactive mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
- PowerPoint and Excel expertise required
- Fluency in English and Turkish would be preferable
- Must be resident in Switzerland with a valid work permit.
