**TotalEnergies Gas and Power (TGP)** is the trading arm of TotalEnergies in the field of low carbon energies. As such, it operates in fast-evolving market dynamics influenced by internal and external factors that require constant adaptation and evolution.
- The Trading division in Geneva is responsible for optimising the purchase & sales portfolios of gas, electricity, CO2 emissions, dry bulk, and LNG in all recognised markets worldwide, in compliance with the Company trading guidelines.
- In such context, TGP helps to ensure growth and profitability to a key segment of the business in order to reach the objective of Carbon Neutrality by 2050.**What you will do**

As an HSE Manager, you will be part of the Dry Bulk Shipping & Operations Team
- **(TGP) **and will report to the Head of Dry Operations of the Trading Division in Geneva. You will work in closely with the Dry Bulk & TGPL Shipping teams and coordinate with the Company HSE organisation.
- In this context, your main responsibilities will be the following:
- Under the supervision of the Head of Operations, the Job holder is the focal point for HSE matters vis a vis the HSE Company organisation:

- Responsible for adapting existing HSE procedures (Ships, Barges and Terminals) to the new activities (Trucks and Trains) and ensures they all remain updated.
- Lead and conduct inspections at logístical partners and clients’ sites to ensure regulatory compliance, perform and review risk assessments and lead incident investigation
- Ensure that all tenders and contracts from all desks are in conformity with Company HSE Rules and provides HSE input when drafting contracts.
- Define, follow up and record all the reporting (Incidents, emissions) for all type of transports and for storages
- Coordinate with the rest of the team for the preparation of emergency drills and keep proper records of the drills
- Ensure that the logístical partners are respecting the HSE Company Rules.
- Coordinate with Company HSE to organize regular audits of trucks and trains logístical partners plus terminal operators.
- Ensure a good coordination with the Dry bulk Desk in general and especially with trading operations in order to be informed of any safety incident immediately.
- Ensure that the Crisis Emergency Room remains operational at all times (incl. documentation) and organise regular drills
- Responsible for maintaining and updating the duty booklet for the duty roaster team
- Responsible for HSE monthly logistic, Barges, Rail and shipping reports.
- Responsible for Safety moments in weekly meetings, and regular coaching of the Dry Bulk Trading and Operations teams on HSE topics.
- Investigate any incident, accident or near miss - reporting to the Dry Bulk team & Company HSE
- Arrange Customer and Suppliers site visits, refinery site visits & customer/supplier audits
- Attend the UK, Germany and France Audits; Rail Safety Commission
- Arrange CMC training
- Organise annual Crisis Cell training
- Liaise and visit storage facilities and terminals in order to minimize the safety/quality/quantity risks of operations
- Follow quantity and quality issues of loading and discharging processes by vessel
- Be on site for some loading/discharging operations to make sure that international guidelines are followed
- Participate to rate negotiations with Superintendent companies in the frame of global agreement
- Attend meetings of international committees concerning regulations dry bulk transportation
- Prepare statistical data on dry bulk movements or quality trends
- Prepare and negotiate quality / quantity claims raised by group entities

**Dimensions**
- ** Liquid Sulphur** : one sea going vessel under Contract of Affreightment for about 16 voyages per year 8000 trucks (representing 51% of volume transported in Europe), 290 trains (20%) and about 90 barges (29%) per year - 4 storages in Europe/UK
- 9000 trucks and 2 storages (liquid and granulated forms) in US Texas.
- Dry bulk: 60 vessels chartered per year for Petcoke and Dry Sulphur activity with a significant expected increase in the forthcoming years with the development of Sulphur and Biomass.
- Sulphur and Petcoke terminals (Port Arthur, Beaumont in US and Taman, Kavkaz in Russia).
- Develop and maintain the business HSE culture and technical knowledge offering solutions and advice and insuring compliance to Company rules.
- Ensure that logístical partners are respecting HSE Company rules and influence clients’ HSE organisation to improve standards.
