Our client, based in Heerbrugg, Switzerland, is seeking a skilled Technical Scrum Master to contribute to their legacy of more than two centuries as a pioneer in measurement and surveying. Renowned for premium products and cutting-edge solutions, the company serves professionals across diverse industries, including surveying and GIS, construction and machine control, manufacturing, aerospace, and public safety.

**Tasks**:

- Deep understanding of production software architecture, technologies, and production processes
- Refine high-level requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams
- Prioritize technical features based on production value, technical complexity, and resource constraints
- Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment with product goals and timelines
- Collaborate with developers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility in alignment with the goals

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electronics or related field
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar role in a software development environment
- Experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
- Strong organizational skills to manage the development process and allocate resources efficiently
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
