**Paralegal - 6369 ADA**

Our client is headquartered in Switzerland - a biotech-hub of Europe - is a high-potential biopharmaceutical company, specialized in the discovery, development and commercialization of innovative small molecules, with the aim of transforming the horizon of therapeutic options is looking a **Paralegal** for a initial 12 months **contract** based in **Basel area.**

**Main Responsibilities**:
The Paralegal will assist the legal counsels with various tasks to ensure efficient legal operations.
- Draft and review legal documents, such as CDAs and Consultant Agreements
- Coordinate with clients
- File legal documents
- Monitor and ensure compliance with legal regulations
- Provide administrative support
- Organize and maintain executed contracts (archiving system)
- I**nsurance tasks such as**:

- Coordinate and manage the local clinical trial insurance programs like renewal and/or adaption of policies etc.
- Liaise with the Global Head of Insurance on all insurance matters for Allschwil

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Relevant Swiss working/residency permit and/or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required.**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies or related field
- Paralegal certification preferred
- Previous experience in a legal environment in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with Swiss legal procedures is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of legal, insurance and pharma terminology
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities

**Job Types**: 100%, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months

Schedule:

- 8 Hour Shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Basel, BS: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Language**:

- German (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in 4052 Basel, BS
