Decathlon Switzerland is looking for an E-commerce business controller.

The Swiss project today includes 29 stores, a strong digital activity and new revenue channels through many new projects and partners.

The digital activity is growing exponentially, strengthening the core website decathlon.ch and developing new business opportunities with internal and external marketplaces. In 2021, Decathlon Switzerland was awarded the best digital transformation on the Swiss market

To support this fast growing project, we are looking for an E-commerce business controller.

**Your responsibilities**:
Co-Building a long term vision for the digital activities of Decathlon Switzerland

1. Support the digital team and leader to build a long term vision and business plan and work together to achieve the goals.

2. Guide strategic choices by highlighting financial impacts.

3. Develop trusted relationships and have a multidimensional view of the business to ensure a sustainable value creation.

**Animating Business ambitions**:
1. Enlighten the business decisions, by using real time data, on the day to day business cases.

2. Support the digital team to anticipate the financial consequences of their business needs or projects and guide the strategic decisions.

3. Lead, develop and secure the forecasting and analysis competency to the digital team to help them gain autonomy and responsibility in their decision making.

4. Ensure transparency and communicate with the Finance team, to strengthen the omnichannel mindset.

5. Bridge the digital experience / knowledge with other Decathlon countries / activities to create value creation synergies.

There is a lot to build and optimize So it's a big challenge through which you can contribute to the writing of Decathlon Switzerland digital story : )

You speak English and German or English and French.

You have a succesful experience in finance and management control and have a passion for the digital business.

You win energy by working in a team and you have great communication skills.

You are willing to improve yourself and everyone around you.

Hands-on, focused on action You are flexible and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You love digging in topics and solving puzzles.
