**IKEA Supply**, with its 22,000 co-workers, is responsible for securing that the product offer is produced and delivered to our customers. We lead the supply agenda across many functions and work together with all business areas, different business units, but also retail markets to secure customer availability in all markets and sales channels at lowest total cost.

**Internal Audit Supply** is part of the Risk Management & Compliance department within Supply. Our team is great at stimulating positive change by providing insights, advice, and high-quality business assurance activities.
**Job description**
We are looking for a new colleague to join us as an Internal Audit Leader.

You are a true ambassador of the IKEA values, and will:

- Be responsible to lead and perform a range of audits (operational, financial and compliance) across different functions, businesses, and organisations.
- Be a trusted partner to support and advise the business in the area of risks and controls through valuable insights and recommendations.
- Timely deliver high quality audit reports with valuable insights and recommendations (good writing skills are required).
- Continuously look for opportunity to improve our ways of working.
- Lead or support other initiatives in the scope of risk management and compliance.

**Qualification**
You are a very curious and solution-oriented person, with ability to engage and build trustful relationships with various stakeholders. You can assess risks with the bigger picture in mind and have attention to details where needed. You are a team player, a fast learner and have strong analytical capabilities and skills to handle multiple assignments at the same time.

What more?
- Ideally work experience in areas such as compliance, risk management and/or internal controls within supply chain.
- Ideally qualified (or will be) CIA, CISA or equivalent.
- Ability to proactively manage multiple tasks simultaneously and a can-do attitude with a collaborative approach to working.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and see challenge as opportunity.
- Strong organisational skills with good level of resilience and calmness.
- Constantly finding new ways to develop yourself, others, and the business.
