**Description du poste**:
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for procurement in the ICT field (software, hardware, telecommunications, and IT services) and act as an ambassador for this topic within the purchasing department and across all divisions. As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for product categories and ensure close coordination with internal stakeholders to achieve mutually agreed-upon strategic and operational goals. Your further responsibilities include:

- Responsibility for Category Management in the product group Hardware & Maintenance or Telecommunications
- Development of procurement strategies in close collaboration with specialists in the relevant purchasing category
- Planning, coordination, and execution of ICT procurement while complying with procurement law BöB/VöB and the guidelines/regulations
- Close cooperation with project managers and specialist departments on the client side, reviewing internal requirements, and ensuring timely procurement for projects and internal needs
- Contributing to the standardization and optimization of ICT tenders
- Responsibility for conducting claim management in close cooperation with the legal department and stakeholders
- Further development and implementation of sustainable procurement in the ICT field
- Actively shaping the development of the team and the Procurement & Claim Management department, e.g., by leading development initiatives

**Profil**:
For this position, we are looking for an enthusiastic person with good analytical, conceptual, and communication skills to successfully manage very complex and interconnected tasks. A strong team spirit is important to you, and you remain calm even in hectic situations. You have the ability to resolve conflicts and set priorities in the interest of projects and the company. Furthermore, you bring the following qualifications:

- Technical basic education or further education in IT or an equivalent qualification; further education in business administration/procurement would be an advantage
- Several years of experience in procuring complex IT solutions/services, including contract drafting and negotiations
- Experience in developing procurement strategies and knowledge of procurement law (BöB/VöB) is an advantage
- Knowledge of sustainability in the ICT field would be a plus
- Ideally, experience in supplier management
- Good knowledge of SAP and procurement modules (SAP S4 and Ariba) is an advantage
- In addition to very good German skills, you have a good command of English, and additional French knowledge is a plus
