**Junior Accountant**

**What you will do in this role**:

- Full cycle invoicing - generating, booking, sending and reconciling
- Assist with timely and accurate monthly closing
- Assemble financial information for internal and external audits
- Assist in reconciling ledgers, reports and accounting records
- Assist in reconciliations for intercompany accounts through active coordination with our sister sites
- Investigate and resolve customer queries
- Perform ad hoc analysis as well as monitor AR-related metrics
- Participate in projects and develop process/system improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness

**Who you are**:

- Commercial Education Background (KV) with 1-3 years accounts receivable/general accounting experience in an international environment or University Graduate with Finance/Accounting Degree
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, especially Excel
- Quick learner with a sound understanding for processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent social skills and an ability to work with diverse organisations
- Strong administrative and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Willingness to work extended hours during lively times
- Shown team working ability
- Flexible personality with can-do mindset
