In der Schweiz ist der Bereich GWS mit technischen, infra-strukturellen und kaufmännischen Facility Management Leistungen für Kunden aus verschiedenen Branchen tätig.Für unsere wachsende Facility Management Organisation bei einem weltweit tätigen Kunden in Zug suchen wir eine/nWorkplace experience Coordinator 40%Ihre Hauptaufgaben:
- Empfangen und betreuen der Kunden
- Begrüssung von Kunden und verwalten und aufsetzten der Sitzungszimmer
- Erstellen von verschiedenen Reports im Bereich Health and Safety
- Diverse administrative Tätigkeiten
- Erstellen von Lieferantenbestellungen
- Verträge sammeln und speichern
- Verfolgen und Abrechnen von internen und externen Kosten
- Unterstützung und umsetzen der Health & Safety Vorgaben
- Arbeitssicherheitsrundgänge und Checks durchführen

Ihr Profil:
- Teamfähig, Kommunikativ, Verhandlungsgeschick, Kundenorientiert, Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Kommuniziert offen, ist flexibel und belastbar. Strebt Einfachheit und Klarheit an. Analytisches und strukturiertes Handeln
- Erste erfolgreiche Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position (z.B. Rezeption/Admin)
- Präzision, Genauigkeit und Geschwindigkeit der Ausführung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
