- For our client, an international private banking based in Zurich, we are looking for a KYC Specialist_

**Votre mission**:

- The future Team Leader will report to Head of KYC, and the mission consits in insuring compliance wiht external regulations and internal policies:

- Ensuring the processing of onboarding and recertification file
- Checking upon request the eligibility of the clients to the bank's poilicies
- Contributing to the onboarding and recertification KYC process: critical analysis of KYC, Due Diligence, tax compliance, origin of wealth, risks; performing 4 eyes controls; participate to Client Acceptance Committees
- Managing a small team, staff training
- Reportings, procedure updating, compliance projects, etc.

**Votre profil**:

- Bachelor/Master in Finance or Law, fluent in English and German, French a plus
- 5 years experience in a similar role - Compliance /KYC within a Private Bank in Switzerland
- Good knowledge of banking law - tax evasion prevention - financial security and financial markets/products regulation
- Ability to adapt, result oriented, critical thinking and proactiv
- Work permit valid in Switerland and ready to take on challenges
