We are recruiting for a swiss dental clinic a Regional Practice Manager
**Missions**:
Responsibility for the operational and strategic management dental clinics
Managing the local clinic management and supporting the supervision of the Practice Manager and other practitioners.
Plan future staffing.
Ensure that clinics meet quality standards, in order to achieve the highest level of patient satisfaction.
Plan training, both in person and in collaboration with the Shared Services Centre.
Plan and control the budget and monitor the financial performance of the clinics.
Recruit new dentists and other assistants in collaboration with the clinics.
Develop and implement local marketing and sales strategies to promote the growth of the clinics' activities.
Knowledge of managing dental work and services in civil liability and cult situations.
Contacting federal and cantonal authorities for requests concerning the Group
Ensuring compliance with quality standards and legal requirements.
To monitor the day-to-day activities and operations of the clinics.
Your profile:
Additional training in business management and/or completed studies in business management, health management or a related field
Experience in the dental sector or a similar health sector
At least 5 years' experience in managing a dental practice and managing several sites in the field of health services
Knowledge of MEBEKO registration of foreign certificates of competence and cantonal legislation on authorisation to practise the profession
Languages: German, English
