Surgical Marketing Trainee

The trainee will complete the following projects as part of her/his internship within Edwards:

- The Core Portfolio Marketing Manager: Local & national congresses, marketing claims matrix, marketing tools, EU and local websites up-date and approval
- The RESILIA Team on INSPIRIS-related activities: Marketing tools update and approvals, support local EW events, coordination with sales teams

**A) Major Job Functions**:
As part of this project, the trainee will perform the following activities:
MEDICAL-BASED MARKETING, support the EU Core Portfolio Marketing manager on following items by:
1) Updating the existing core portfolio claims matrixes and get them approve in Vault, afterwards implement the matrixes:
In the EU and local web pages

In core portfolio marketing tools

2) Coordinating the projects with the relevant Surgical marketing teams and stakeholders

MARKETING CAMPAIGNS, support the INSPIRIS & RESILIA EU Marketing effort on the following items:
1) Assets creation/Vault approvals
2) INSPIRIS digital presence across EU and France in particular

SUPPORT CONGRESSES & EVENTS, support and work in close collaboration with the Marketing team in congress and internal events

OTHER, product launch activities (e.g. MITRIS RESILIA valve)

**B) Knowledge**:
Currently in a university degree (Bachelor level)

Fluent in English and other European languages a plus with a preference for French, or German

Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Internet)

**C) Know how**:
Good oral and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

**D) Behavior**:
Must be self-motivated

Proactive, action and results oriented

Good social skills, ability to connect and interact with sales & marketing teams in Europe & US

Must be able to work with a certain degree of autonomy

Ability to work in a multicultural environment
