Nous nous entourons de consultants juniors à experts à fort potentiel de développement, que nous accompagnons dans leurs objectifs professionnels. **Pour renforcer notre équipe en Suisse Romande, nous recherchons un QC Scientist Microbiology H/F/X.** **Vos principales responsabilités**: - Assurer le bon déroulement des activités en laboratoire QC selon les standards GMP - Mener des investigations en cas de **déviations** et proposer des actions correctives - Gérer la **validation et la vérification** des méthodes analytiques - Qualifier les **matériaux critiques** utilisés en laboratoire - Appliquer des outils **statistiques** pour l'analyse et l'interprétation des données - Rédiger et revoir la documentation technique et les rapports d’analyse - Assurer une communication efficace avec les équipes internes et externes **A propos de vous**: - Diplôme universitaire ou d’ingénieur en **chimie analytique, biotechnologie, biochimie ou microbiologie**: - Expertise en **validation/vérification de méthodes analytiques**: - Maîtrise des **outils statistiques** pour l’interprétation des résultats - Français et anglais **courants (C1 minimum)**, à l’écrit comme à l’oral **Ce que nous proposons**: - Un contrat à durée indéterminée et des projets innovants - Une politique de rémunération attractive - Un management personnalisé et une formation continue pour développer votre carrière - Un bon esprit d'équipe et une intégration au sein de la "Tribu".
