As Supply Chain Planner at Kistler, you will be responsible for facilitating the Demand and Supply Chain Management Planning process and act as the key contact to global stakeholders in Sales, Operations and Finance on supply and demand planning. You will use data and forecasts to project demand, answer questions for various business needs, and enable orchestration of demand to achieve desired goals. The role will be accountable for the unit Consensus Forecast, as well as seeking to optimize processes including forecasting accuracy and minimizing inventory wastage. The position is critical to the continuity of supply to customers within the overall supply chain operations.

**Your Mission**
- Responsible for Supply Chain Management demand planning activities within the scope of Sales & Operations
- Identify demand forecast risks and develop effective mitigation plans
- Review and check lead times, consider factory workload in line with the requirements of the business
- Track major events, monitor the progress and proactively define actions with the Project Manager and the Supply Chain and Logistics in case of deviation/delays
- Work within projects in cross functional teams and take responsibility for planning activities regarding our multi-channel platforms (E-Commerce)
- Act as Single point of contact within the Sales and Operations Planning Process for Project Manager, Supply Chain and Logistics
- Implement newest Technology of Execution Management System Celonis into Planning processes and be part of the digital transformation team within the supply chain

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor or master's degree in Business, Supply Chain or similar -or
- a commercial/technical education with a further professional diploma and education in the field of Supply Chain & Logistics
- Minimum of five years of experience in S&OP, Planning, and/or Supply Chain
- Excellent communication skills in English as well as in German
- Strong problem-solving and strategically conceptual skills and solution-oriented mindset
- High Commitment to quality and good time management
- Proficient computer skills (MS office and ERP system SAP)
- Flexibility related to changing requirements and technologies and conditions while ensuring efficiency
