**About the role and the team**:
It is a unique opportunity to join a team with a growing franchise in the Swiss franc bond market and support the market leading franchise abroad. Join a dynamic and collaborative work environment and gain exposure to a diverse range of high-profile financial transactions for Swiss domestic and foreign issuers and well as opportunity to build relationships with bond issuers and internal stakeholders across geographies.

As a Vice President in our Transaction Management team within O&A, you will play a critical role in the execution of broad array of DCM transactions. You will collaborate closely with origination, syndicate, legal partners and operations team to ensure seamless deal execution from mandate to settlement.

Your longstanding expertise in the area of listing and documentation of benchmark transactions across sector and markets will be invaluable for the further growth of the DCM franchise in Switzerland and EMEA region.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and oversee the execution of a broad array of bond transactions from a documentation and listing perspective, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
- Collaborate with origination, syndicate and back-office functions to ensure a seamless transaction process
- Stay on top of market trends and regulatory changes relevant for domestic and foreign bond issuers
- Work together with internal and external stakeholders to streamline the documentation and listing process
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance DB’s position in the various bond markets

**Skills**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Transaction Management or a similar role at a financial institution in Switzerland or EMEA
- Proven track record of successfully managing bond transactions from a documentation and listing perspective for a broad variety of issuers and products
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing environment and new products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and German, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
