Proclinical are recruiting a Global Technical Assessment Lead for Equipment's for a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a contract basis and is located in Bulle.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will consolidate/resume the conclusion of the assessment in a final report, such as excel charts, PowerPoint presentation, resume, etc.
- As the Global Technical Assessment Lead, you will report the progress of technical assessment after each step by improving/adapting constantly to the way of working.
- Assist with the internal procedures of recognition, review and escalation of the client's risk.
- Handle the assessment teams which are composed of external providers and the clients' internal profiles at various stages of the whole procedure.
- Recognise the crucial risks, and guide the various teams to take the immediate and conservatory actions such as safety of people, business continuity, etc.
- Other duties may be assigned.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- At least 8 years of experience in a mid - senior level role.
- At least 3 years working in project management.
- At least 5 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, technical project, SME, etc.
- Familiarity working within a chemical, pharmaceutical or biotech organisation.
- Prior involvement within people management, either externally or internally, as well as shareholders influence.
- Fluency in the French language with knowledge in English.
- Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge in cGMP and HSE standards.
- Able to synthesise multifaceted technical problematics for non-expert audiences.
- Capable of working independently within a matrix setting with the ability to prioritise workload.
- A driven individual with the ability to take own initiative.
- A flexible individual who is open to change.
- Capable of influencing others.
- Able to resolve issues.
- Knowledge on the fundamentals of people management.
- A customer focused individual.
