We have an opening for an **Entry Position in** **Quality Assurance & Pharmacovigilance** located in Switzerland or EU

**Core responsibilities**:

- Support QA team in creation and set up of quality management systems for clients
- Support QA team in preparing for inspections
- Support in maintenance of quality-related documents and records
- To assist the team with preparation of SOPs, product safety reviews and literature reviews
- Support collection of AE case reports and reconciliation of collected data as required
- Support in reporting Suspected Unexpected Serious Adverse Reactions to Health Authorities, ECs and investigators
- Review of individual case safety reports according to SOPs and guidelines

**Qualifications and requirements**
- Bachelor/Master/PhD in Pharmacy or in Life Sciences
- Interest to develop knowledge in GMP and GDP
- Interest on quality and PV processes
- Analytical and systematic thinking, organization skills, and flexibility
- A highly motivated and open-minded personality, able to work in an international and growing environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent skills in English is a must (verbal and writing), additional languages welcome
