Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant provides executive support to the CEO, Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Management team.

**Your responsibilities**:
- Proactively managing an extremely active calendar of appointments and serving as first point of contact for external and internal requests to the CEO, Chairman and GM team
- Planning, coordinating, and ensuring the CEO’s schedules is followed and respected
- Travel management for General Mgmt. (GM) and Chairman
- Arranging complex travel plans in cooperation with our global subsidiaries, incl. travel expenses, visas etc.
- Arranging the visa for incoming business travelers
- Assisting in planning and execution of events on site and virtual on global level such as monthly Info Sessions, Get Togethers, Mammut Stand Up, team-building initiatives etc.
- Work on projects to support GM members
- Planning and execution of all GM and Extended GM related meetings inhouse and external
- Composing and reviewing internal correspondence
- Yearly planning for regular Board-, Internal and External Meetings in cooperation with all stakeholders

**Your profile**:
- Commercial apprenticeship or another education with a strong background in organizational and administrative tasks
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective and independent
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Must be available for occasional after-hour support
- Fluent in German and English, any other language is a plus
