Knowledge Lab AG ist eine Digital Banking Boutique mit dem Hauptsitz in Zürich, einem weiteren Standort in Mendrisio sowie einem Nearshoring in Belgrad. Das junge, interdisziplinäre Team bestehend aus rund 60 Mitarbeitenden (30 in ZH/Tessin & 30 in Belgrad) betreut vor allem Privat-, Kantonal
- und grössere Retailbanken im DACH-Raum. Gemeinsam mit den Kunden entwickelt das Unternehmen Lösungen an vorderster Front der Bankentransformation.
Knowledge Lab agiert sowohl mit einem Consulting
- als auch einem Produktentwicklungsansatz in folgenden drei Bereichen:
- Consulting: Avaloq Implementierung und Parametrierung
- Integration Layer: individuelle Lösungen on top von Avaloq
- AI: The next big thing

**Deine Herausforderung**
Als führungserfahrene:r und sales-affine:r Program Manager:in und Architekt:in innerhalb der hands-on Avaloq Welt nimmst du die Herausforderung dieser absoluten Schlüsselrolle gerne an.
**_ Services & Delivery (~60%)_**
Du verantwortest das Program Management, die Architektur und die Bereichsleitung eines grossen Projektes (Projektteam in der Schweiz und in Serbien). Innerhalb dieses Projektes leitest du ein eigenes hands-on Avaloq Consulting Team. Zudem agierst du als aktive:r Sparringpartner:in des Head of Avaloq und entwickelst zusammen mit ihm eines von drei Geschäftsfelder weiter.
**_ Revenue Generation (~40%)_**
Als Teil des Senior Managements investierst du einen beträchtlichen Teil deiner Zeit in Business Development, Revenue Generation und Pitching. Dies fällt dir leicht, weil du es im Blut hast.
**Deine Qualitäten und Begabungen**
Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder BWL mit IT-Affinität (HF, FH, Uni/ETH)
10-15 Jahre Avaloq Parametrisierungserfahrung
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Avaloq-Architektur und -Program Management
Netzwerk und Sales-Erfahrung innerhalb der Bankenwelt im DACH-Raum
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Finanzdienstleistungsprodukten und -prozessen
Du hast Drive und eine hohe Motivation zusammen mit deinen Senior Management Kolleg:innen die Bankenwelt etwas auf den Kopf zu stellen
Deutsch und Englisch fliessend in Wort und Schrift
