Our ambition is to secure the best possible prerequisites for Inter IKEA Group to handle the new world, at the same time fulfilling the future needs of partnership and supplier innovations within Digital, Professional Services, Facility Management and Machinery & Equipment.

Category Digital is the integral part of the exciting journey IKEA is now on - how we transform, develop & operate IKEA and connect the integrated value chain. The Inter IKEA Process & Digital Roadmap is holding together the transformation agenda related to the IKEA operating model.

The Category Digital has ~400 suppliers delivering business critical products, software and services to support the management and development of Inter IKEA in the fields of: Digital Marketing & Content, Infrastructure, Cloud and Security, Data and Analytics, Internet Of Things, Engineering, Automation, Application Development & Maintenance.

The sites we supply, as well as our supplier base, has an international scope with the point of gravity in Europe. The category area as well as the category is in a transformation. **Job description** About the role**

As a project leader you will independently lead the delivery of complex digital sourcing, supplier management and program management engagements and work streams for Inter IKEA, focusing on enterprise transformation and optimization strategies. These engagements have multi-faceted objectives impacts including business, technical, organizational, operational, and cost reduction impacts.

**Experience**
- 15+ years of IT consulting, supply chain, management consulting and/or operations management
- Experience managing and developing supplier relationships, ensuring business satisfaction, and managing client expectations
- Developing a financial business case, risk modelling, and strategies around business transformation, digital technologies and strategic sourcing
- Program Management for large transformations and systems selection and implementation services support
- Good understanding and working knowledge of current IT trends and innovations (Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, DevOps, Social Media, Digital Strategies, Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Internet of Things, Blockchain, etc.)
- Developing statements of work, financials, service levels, and terms & conditions
- Performing risk analysis and due diligence on technology provider qualifications

Managing provider relationships & liaison during technology & services transactions
- Direct hands-on experience in architecting, executing and managing transition planning and transition support activities
- Deep knowledge of the market for process and IT automation technologies, business process management solutions, and integration software
- Experience with creating business cases for transformation and modernization, including analysis of both total cost of ownership and potential cost and revenue impacts of the transformation
- Experience managing large budgets and ensuring timeliness, quality, and cost of engagements
