**To be located at our HQ in Rheinfelden, we are looking for a**

**QA Systems Administrator**

**Your key responsibilities**
- Create PDF files, link PDF files in SOP list, copy, distribute, collect, and archive POL, SOP, OP and associated documents until full implementation of the eQMS MasterControl
- Keep an overview of the SOP system, issue revision protocols, send reminders for overdue documents until the full implementation of the eQMS MasterControl
- Act as DocAdmin in MasterControl (eQMS) including all DocAdmin tasks and duties
- Archiving of documents in boxes and folders within the respective archives, maintain the archive lists
- Administer quality system documents (validation documentation, qualification documentation, change controls, deviations, complaints, audit reports, etc.) including the creation of copies, archiving, and maintaining archive list
- Act as a Training Coordinator in MasterControl (eQMS)
- Support of the QA department in administrative tasks: copying, scanning, and filing of quality documents according to the applicable processes
- Responsible for documents (Dokumentenverantwortliche Person) for the QA department
- Master Control DocAdmin
- Master Control Training Coordinator
- Collaborate and contribute to the establishment of MasterControl related SOPs

**Who you are**
- Apprenticeship Certificate (Lehrabschluss)
- Experience in Good Documentation Practice (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Archiving
- Min. 1 year of experience in a GMP regulated environment, ideally in QA Department
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
- Structured, focused and well-organized working attitude; open-minded for new ideas and suggestions
- Agile, highly motivated and dynamic
- Very positive and hands-on attitude with optimism
- Driver’s license category B
