**Job requirements**:

- Experimental work: execute experimental lab work according to defined expectations and schedule.
- Generate and collect high quality data. Collaborate with individual scientists and lab technicians.
- Lab management: contribute to the maintenance and qualification of lab equipment.
- Actively participate to the establishment of working instructions for lab equipment. Ensure appropriate maintenance of the workplace.
- Order raw materials and consumables as per project needs. Share and implement best practices for lab and equipment management.

**Key requirements**:

- Report issues in a timely fashion.
- English mandatory, German a plus.
- Facilitate improvements to departmental business processes.
- Demonstrate flexibility to support other activities within the department.
- Proactive approach to own continuous professional development.
