**Job Description Summary**: Implementation of customer and consortium projects for the procurement and commissioning of high-voltage Gas Insulated Switchgears (GIS)

Managing and monitoring all project stages and milestones including the handover of incoming orders from sales, customer approval, engineering, production, assembly, delivery, and commissioning of the GIS on site as well as administration/invoicing.

As a member of the Contract Management Department, you will be in charge of planning, managing and delivering complete projects of our gas-insulated high voltage substations and switchgears. The focus is on the consideration of technical and commercial agreements as well as quality and delivery date.

You will act as the main contact for international customers in daily communication, leading face to face customer kick off meetings, progress meetings and factory acceptance tests to ensure customer satisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities
- Analyse the orders, terms and conditions and technical specifications
- Manage and coordinate all phases of the customer’s project, from the time the order was received through engineering, manufacturing, delivery, site installation and commissioning until the end of the warranty
- Cope with a wide range of tasks and responsibilities, from being the technical interface with the customer and partners to managing the commercial relations
- Be responsible for the budget of the projects, ensuring that the limits of the initial budget were observed, as well as for the cash-in
- Maintain and build strong relationships with internal and external customers and effectively communicate with all parties involved in the project

Qualifications/Requirements
- Ideally University Degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering
- Practical experience within our branch, preferably with our products
- Experience in project management in a production environment as well as a strong flair for commercial issues
- Strong communication skills
- High autonomy combined with a proactive and pragmatic approach to work
- Fluent in German & English
