**Intro**:
**What will you do**:
- Lead & drive sales revenue and profitability, defending and expanding our market reach.
- Overall sales leadership for EMEA, NDT segment, including team leadership, performance management & business development.
- Target new direct key accounts & customers within our NDT market segments.
- Develop, nurture, train, onboard and drive business via our channel partners throughout the EMEA Region.
- Extend our partner channels and reach throughout the region to ensure we have the coverage and expertise to represent our products within the market.
- Ability to travel (EMEA) and develop our NDT sales activities within our target customer base & countries.
- Lead by example, our specialist sales team, working with product managers and marketing.
- Develop strategic relationships within NDT market working with standards & trade bodies, professional associations and other networking groups; grow and cultivate our name and leading position within the field of NDT.
- Commercial reviews, CRM, market segmentation and identifying key customer targets will all form part of this role.
**What do we expect**:
- EMEA NDT sales, revenue total.
- Acquisition of new end customer accounts.
- Channel partner performance, growth and onboarding.
- Extend EMEA regional coverage & opportunity.
- Preparation of presentation and training material.
