The Trainee (M/F/d) Global Engineering Delivery Visp is responsible to support the Global Engineering Delivery Visp Leadership team. This includes establishing and maintaining strong structures, such as organization, team meeting, decision-making, communication, and documentation flows, in accordance with project management principles, to ensure adherence to project management processes and improve the team efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

- Support the definition and implementation of robust and strategic business processes related to strategic growth investment Visp oversight
- Contribute to monthly project review and reporting process from a business process perspective
- Support resource planning and management for a globally acting organization
- Continuously drive better business practices and increased value through measurement and improvement of key performance indicators
- Serve as the voice of Delivery Visp in cross-functional teams and represent the Global Engineering Delivery Visp at relevant meetings
- Organize internal and external workshops, and support team members in creating agendas, meeting minutes, and action lists
- Participate in and support coordination of project-related documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate and follow up with external contractors for engineering activities and deliverables
- Adhoc discussions and strategic deep dive into specific topics

Key requirements:

- Dipl. Ing. / M. Sc. / B. Sc. or equivalent
- First experience in project management and/or in the bio, pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries is a plus
- Fluent English skills are required - German is a plus
- Good understanding of MS Office (Powerpoint and Excel)
- Strong presentation skills and team player
