We are looking for a Co-founder for our Swiss startup called beamya experiences.
beamya is shaping the way how organizations keep their remote team spirits high with fun and insightful online experiences. Specifically designed for remote teams, beamya is the only true online B2B platform which assists companies to create employee wellbeing in a 3 bn+, 6.6% p.a. growing industry.
The right approach to remote work is being discussed and tested since COVID-19 and it is projected that 1/5 of the US and EU workforce will work at least 3-5 days remotely in the future. One of the main challenges will be the question on how to maintain trust and a positive culture in a hybrid or remote work setting. beamya tries to solve this problem by becoming a long-term business partner for companies and help to ensure great team bonding even in a remote working environment.
The next pivot for beamya will be into the metaverse. Bill Gates claims that most virtual interactions will move from 2-D to 3-D in the next 2-3 years. The challenge is to become the first market player for team building events in this new space. For such pivot, we are searching for a CTO to complement our our team skills.
Tasks
- Product development: Envision how web3/metaverse could enhance the product; test and build/implement
- Platform development and design: Ensure that the website is fully automated & UX-friendly
- Fundraising: Network with potential investors, pitch to accelerators, VC's etc.
- Other tasks could also include host management & sales
**Requirements**:
- Full-time commitment with no other side hustle, preferably
- Passion for the web3/metaverse space and knowing the current market trends
- Background in business informatics, machine learning, etc. or knowledge in building a platform/marketplace
- Selfstarter with high motivation and proactive working approach
- A people-person Who likes to go all-in and is fully committed
- Clever use of data & IT to optimise our product
- At least 3 years working experience, not older than 40 yrs old
- Switzerland-based would be great
