- Ihre Aufgaben
- Hauptverantwortung für die Koordination und Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen
- Untersuchen von internen und Lieferantenfehlern sowie Einleiten geeigneter Massnahmen
- Mithelfen im Fehler-, Prozess
- und Dokumentenmanagement
- Unterstützen beim Reporting der relevanten Kennzahlen
- Sicherstellen der Compliance in den genannten Tätigkeiten
- Damit überzeugen Sie uns
- Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Berufsbildung EFZ, Weiterbildung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement von Vorteil
- Berufserfahrung in der Luftfahrt und/oder im Qualitätsmanagement
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, SAP und JIRA von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
- Kommunikative, selbstständige sowie verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit
- Präzise sowie Lösungs
- und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einer ganzheitlichen Denkweise
