Your skills make a difference here: your advice and analyses provide important decision-making bases for management. Here you can provide support for all financial matters relating to local units or to the Group's business management.

**Your responsibility**
- Overall responsibility and center of competence for reinsurance treaty cessions in respect of the assigned business units
- Organizes, prepares and takes part in meetings with business units and reinsurance partners (broker and reinsurer)
- Set up and manage reinsurance treaties, handle the reinsurance process with supporting systems and practices
- Secure underwriting information (premiums, portfolio / risk profiles, claims, NatCat data in coordination with our Risk Assessment team)
- Analyze and review the data and prepare the underwriting information for the applicable lines of business and programs
- Develop and take care of relationships with business partners within and outside the Group
- Negotiate treaty terms and conditions with assigned business units and third-party reinsurers

**Your qualification**
- Proven success record as underwriter or broker in non-life treaty reinsurance
- University degree, preferably in economics, business, actuarial or any other relevant qualification in reinsurance
- Fluent in German and English, any other languages as French, Spanish or Italian would be an asset
- Ability to hold presentations to internal and external audiences
- Advanced analytical and quantitative, as well as decision-making skills
- Familiarity with actuarial and NatCat modelling concepts
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Team player, able to cope with demanding situations and work with senior managers and key stakeholders within and outside the Group
