En tant que Technical Lead spécialisé en architectures J2EE avec une expertise significative dans l'intégration et l'optimisation avancée de RabbitMQ, vos responsabilités seront les suivantes:

- Concevoir, développer et optimiser les solutions de messagerie asynchrone basées sur RabbitMQ.
- Assurer la performance, la fiabilité et la scalabilité des systèmes RabbitMQ déployés.
- Superviser les membres de l'équipe et les accompagner dans la résolution de problèmes techniques liés à RabbitMQ et OAuth 2.0.
- Assurer la veille technologique et participer à l'évaluation continue des solutions pour garantir l'efficacité opérationnelle.

**Qualifications**
- Expertise avancée dans l'architecture et la mise en œuvre de solutions RabbitMQ, y compris la configuration, le monitoring et le debugging.
- Solide expérience dans le développement J2EE avec une maîtrise des frameworks et des patterns de conception (Spring, Hibernate, MVC, etc.).
- Connaissance approfondie du protocole OAuth 2.0 et de son implémentation dans des environnements J2EE.
- Excellente compréhension des concepts de sécurité informatique et des bonnes pratiques liées à OAuth 2.0.
- Expérience avec les technologies de conteneurisation (Docker, Kubernetes) serait un plus.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe, à communiquer clairement et à résoudre des problèmes complexes.
