**DESCRIPTION DU POSTE**

Vous serez le premier contact des clients grâce à votre accueil audacieux.
Vous vous occuperez de leur voiture et de leurs bagages, et assurerez les transferts quand c’est nécessaire.
Vous gérerez les demandes ou plaintes qui vous seront faites.
Vous offrirez une expérience chaleureuse, espiègle et sincère aux clients, ce qui passera par la résolution de leurs demandes pour leur garantir un effet Wow.

Passionné de la marque W et créatif
Expérience préalable en relation clientèle
Expérience préalable en hôtellerie de luxe
Aisance relationnelle et excellente communication
Français et anglais courants
En pocession du permis voiture depuis plus de 3 ans
