You partner with stakeholders to define and execute tailor-made communications strategies and plans supporting key initiatives and projects of Julius Baer. You scout and write stories, and edit material created by other colleagues, to support our strategy and business.
**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
**Are you a team player who loves projects, stories and English language matters?**
- As a member of the Internal Communications team, you collaborate with colleagues from all regions and units of the Bank to create impactful and relevant communications (be it text, video or other means) to showcase the success of our business and strategy
- The English language is your passion, and you enjoy telling stories as well as editing texts for publication on our Group-wide communications channels. As an expert in the field, you are happy to provide guidance and direction on our company’s language guidelines and tone of voice
- You partner with stakeholders to define and execute tailor-made communications strategies and plans to support key initiatives and projects
- You innovate and help to develop our digital channels with the aim of fostering employee engagement
- You continuously track the results of your communications and adapt your strategy and tactics if needed
**YOUR PROFILE**:
**What you bring to the table**
- University degree or higher education
- Good knowledge of the financial sector (private banking would be advantageous)
- Several years of experience in corporate communications (experience in an editorial team would be a plus)
- Comprehensive track record in writing and editing (English)
- Excellent command of English (native level), good knowledge of German
- Experienced in dealing with content management and publishing systems
- A team-oriented and resilient personality with excellent social skills and poise
- A quick perception and highly service-oriented mindset
- Precise, reliable, and efficient way of working
