Do you have experience as a UX/UI Designer or Researcher and are you passionate about education and making an impact? If you would like to be part of the life-changing journey for our students this position is right for you. As a teaching Assistant you take center stage in the course. Ideally you have a good UX/UI domain knowledge, have strong interpersonal skills and a generally positive attitude. You won't have to teach (unless you want) in the course, so you can fully focus on making the bootcamp an exciting experience and help students to succeed.

Working with the SIT Academy team based in Zurich, your role will include the following:

- Handle daily logistics of running a hybrid format course
- Ensure the Instructor stays on schedule
- Assist students during activity and project work time
- Answer student questions
- Provide empathy, support, and encouragement while engaging students

What you offer to SIT Academy:

- Native German, great spoken and written English
- At least 6 months of experience
- We will cover the following topics in the course, so you should be familiar with a lot of them and be willing to dive deeper into the others: Qualitative User Research Methods: Interviews, Contextual Inquiry, Personas, Quantitative User Research Methods: Analytics, User Journeys, User Stories, User Testing, Concept Design, Information Architecture, Wireframing, Vision Board, Interaction Patterns + Design System, Design Principles, Navigation, Scenarios, Layout, Figma, Visual Research, High-fi Prototyping, Specifications, Dev-Support + Design System, Gut Testing, Typography, Illustration + Iconography, Colour, Imagery, Moodboards, Composition, Micro Interaction, Visual Accessibility
