**Position Summary**:
At **Expleo**, we are currently looking for a **Project Manager Consultant** to support one of our key clients in the biotechnology sector. This role involves leading strategic technical and industrial projects within a regulated GMP environment. The consultant will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project execution—from design through implementation—while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage technical and industrial projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality standards.- Lead and coordinate internal and external project teams, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments (Engineering, Manufacturing, QA, QC, Supply Chain, etc.).- Monitor and control project progress (budget, planning, risk management, documentation, etc.).- Ensure compliance with applicable GMP and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.- Lead project meetings, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.- Act as point of contact between stakeholders and technical experts, facilitating efficient communication and decision-making.

**Requirements**:
- Engineering degree (mechanical, chemical, industrial, or equivalent).- Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex technical projects, ideally in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.- Solid understanding of GMP regulations and project documentation requirements.- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).- Experience in working with external partners, suppliers, and subcontractors is a plus.- Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, etc.) is an asset.
