**Head of Human Resources (a) 100%**:
**Aufgaben**:

- Entwicklung und Umsetzung langfristiger HR-Strategien im Einklang mit Unternehmenszielen
- Integration von Unternehmenswerten und Leitbild in das HR-Management
- Einführung und Überwachung von Ziel
- und Leistungsmanagement-Systemen
- Führung und Entwicklung des HR-Teams
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Talentmanagement-Strategien

Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter Gesetze und Best Practices im HR-Bereich

**Anforderungen**:

- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in leitender HR-Position
- Exzellentes Netzwerk in strategischer HR- und Unternehmenskulturentwicklung
- Starke Führungs
- und Teammanagement-Fähigkeiten
- Erfahrung mit OKRs oder ähnlichen Frameworks
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Strategisches und operatives Denken und Arbeiten
