**Managing Consultant Workload Automation**:

**ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION**:
- Anforderungsanalyse für “Workload Automation” Projekte
- PreSales für „Workload Automation“ Lösungen basierend auf BMC Control-M
- Konzeption und Design von „Workload Automation“ Lösungen
- Entwicklung von Applikationsspezifischen Integrationen zur Automatisierung von Anwendungsszenarien wie z.B. CI/CD-Pipeline-Integration, intelligent File-Transfer, Job-as-Code Automation, usw.
- Planung und Leitung von Proof of Concepts
- Aufbereitung von Vertriebsmaterialien und Unterstützung bei Erstellung von Angeboten
- Abhalten von Lösungs-/Produktdemonstrationen und Webinaren
- Leitung von Projekten, Qualitätssicherung
**REQUIRED PROFILE**:
- HTL, Fachhochschule oder Universität mit Schwerpunkt Informationstechnologie
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Software-Entwicklungsumfeld (Java,.Net)
- Erfahrung mit „Workload Automation“ Systemen - Automatisierung von Abläufen/Prozessen
- BMC Control-M Produktkenntnisse wünschenswert (oder vergleichbare Workload Automation Lösungen wie Automic - UC4, Redwood, Sterling, Terraform)
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von IT Infrastrukturen und Applikationsarchitekturen
- ITIL Kenntnisse (ITIL-Foundation wünschenswert)
- Souveränes Auftreten bei Kunden - Leiten von Workshops, Halten von Präsentationen
- Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch und sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
- Hohes Engagement, Flexibilität, Initiative und Teamgeist
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse gepaart mit Reisebereitschaft
