At a Glance:
We are looking for a Production Designer to join our digital creative team in Zurich or Berlin. In this role, you will support our design and marketing teams with production and design tasks in the implementation of artwork across our digital experiences. Together with the team, you’ll maintain our standards and drive consistent visual quality across our digital products.

Your Team:
Your Mission:

- Produce digital assets from supplied artwork and prepare those files for digital publishing.
- Review final webpages with an exacting eye, ensuring that graphics and layouts are pixel perfect.
- Upload and organize assets in content management systems as well as online libraries for future use.
- Collaborate closely with Designers, and Developers.
- Maintain our design team’s style guide and standards across On’s digital products.

Your Story:

- You have experience creating production-ready assets for digital systems and an understanding of the requirements for digital files.
- You have in depth experience with content management systems.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- You have a keen eye for detail.
- You have experience working in Figma and Sketch.
- Experience in photo retouching and/or video production is a plus.
