The Head of international Marketing for our Watch Division is a strategic role which is responsible for taking products created by the product management team to market to create demand. This involves researching competitors, creating the messaging and working on the go-to-market plan.
**How you will leave your mark**:
**Product Management**:
- Development of long term product strategy of four major product lines (classic and sport)
- Responsibility on sales, stocks and profitability of these lines
- Competitive benchmarking
- Design development in cooperation with creative management and technical
development
- Responsible for pricing, product profitability, production volumes, launch timings, stock
management/ component stock control in close alignment with Merchandising and Supply Chain
- Development of training materials
- Drive research projects together with development teams to identify future innovations
**Business Planning**:
- Lead on detailed overall sales planning for industrial and commercial plan
- Close liaison with sales, International Marketing, Merchandising, supply chain and production
- Management of launch timing and scenarios with sales department
**How you will experience success with us**:
- The ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and translate these into compelling, commercial, customer focussed communications.
- Data driven, measured and results focussed.
- Experience of presenting product marketing plans and concepts at board level.
- Strong understanding of all elements of the product marketing process.
- Expertise in product marketing, with particular knowledge about watches and the watch industry with 10+ years of experience
- Ability to build and lead an engaged team
- Passion about watchmaking
- Fluency in French and English, spoken and written
