**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take care of our online shop and manage everything from inventory to connected apps and integrations to creative content. Any expertise with Shopify is welcome.
- Develop new, creative, and highly engaging video and photo content to grow our social media platforms including TikTok and Reels audiences (take care of the channels and manage them).
- Writing fun and engaging marketing content.
- Take on different design tasks, from creating presentations and brochures to product packages, video/photography, editing and post-production and overall creative content creation.
- Public communication: writing official company updates, blog posts, and social media community management
- Be the supporting hand to our co-founders and support them where needed
- Take on and manage everything from daily tasks to high-profile challenges on the business side.

**You**:
+ are a fast learner and ready to learn new things, including new software tools, workflows and operations

+ have a strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram and their algorithms

+ are a creative & inspirational storyteller who always brings fresh ideas to the table

+ are skilled in photo and video editing

+ are fluent in English. German is very welcome

+ like to take the initiative and take responsibility

+ are a pragmatic personality

+ are self-organized and can quickly switch between different tasks

+ can work under time pressure and overtime is not a problem for you

+ like the start-up mentality in combination with a hands-on, pragmatic, non-hierarchical approach and an open, uncomplicated, committed and motivated working style.

Any sort of programming skills are welcome
